Order checking by an expert is a service that you can only find with us for a symbolic 1 crown. It will make it easier to choose the goods and save any additional shipping costs for goods you forget to put in your order.
Our experts will get in touch with you by phone or email and recommend anything they think should be added to your order so that it is complete and nothing is missing during installation.
For example, you choose cameras, recording equipment, 50m of cables and send your order. Our expert will think about what should be added to your order. For example, connectors, power supplies, hard drives, etc., he will suggest the exact components to add and send you an email listing them and the price by which the original order will be increased for approval. If you approve the offer, the specialist will forward the revised order to dispatch, where the goods will be shipped. With this service we try to avoid that our customers do not have to find connectors for 20,-CZK in their surroundings during the assembly or pay shipping when ordering again on the e-shop.
Please note that the nature of some orders may not make sense even to the greatest expert, and therefore their suggestion may not always be 100% correct. In case the order seems correct to the expert, it goes straight to dispatch.
