Centralized recording for your camera system
The PRNVR16 is a 16-channel AI IP NVR designed for installations where the PoE switch is provided separately. It centralizes recording, viewing and management for the entire camera system in one device with its own user interface.
Use with external PoE switch
Cameras connect via your existing PoE switch — ideal when network infrastructure is already in place or when you need higher port density than the recorder offers natively.
AI analytics on the recorder
The PRNVR16 runs AI analytics on the recorder itself — not on the cameras. This means cameras without their own AI can detect people, vehicles, line crossing and loitering. AI runs on the feed from any connected camera, extending the capability of your existing cameras without replacement.
H.265+ compression for longer retention
The recorder stores video in H.265+ compression — up to 50% storage savings vs. H.264. For a typical 4-camera 5 MP system recording 24/7, plan approximately 1 TB per month per camera.
ONVIF compatibility
Supports ONVIF Profile S/T/G (19.12 Profile S/T/G). Connect cameras from any ONVIF-compliant manufacturer. No vendor lock-in.
