Shipping and payment

We can deliver your ordered goods very quickly thanks to storage in our central warehouse in Vlašim. As soon as you order/pay for the goods, the order will be processed and shipped to you. Alternatively, you can pick up your order in person at our central warehouse.

Shipping

PPL - The company PPL CZ s.r.o. is one of the most important parcel carriers on the Czech market. Since its establishment, PPL has specialized in domestic parcel transportation to business addresses. The company was the first to expand its portfolio of transport services to include parcel transport to private addresses and domestic pallet transport. Currently, PPL provides parcel transport within the Czech Republic up to 3,000 kg.Collaboration with partner company DHL also enabled the expansion of services to include parcel transport to Europe. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

  • PPL to address (149/99/0Kč excluding VAT) - The shipment is delivered by PPL throughout the Czech Republic. Delivery is usually on weekdays within 24 hours of dispatch. You will receive an automatically generated email message about the shipment, which contains a web link to track the current location of the package. We recommend choosing this type of delivery in case of delivery to work, as you cannot significantly influence the delivery time. Packages are usually delivered on Saturdays.
  • ParcelShop (119/0Kč excluding VAT) - Network of delivery points in the Czech Republic. This network is for anyone who does not want to be tied to a specific delivery time. ParcelShop can be visited anytime during opening hours, including weekends.

Zásilkovna.cz -is one of the most dynamic parcel carriers on the Czech market. Currently provides transportation throughout Europe. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

  • Shipping to address (149/99/0Kč excluding VAT) - The cheapest delivery to address of shipments up to 10Kg (above 10Kg you can choose shipping via PPL) is delivered by the shipping company Zásilkovna.cz throughout the Czech Republic. Delivery is usually on weekdays within 24 hours of dispatch. You will receive an automatically generated email message about the dispatch of the parcel, which contains a web link to track the current location of the parcel.This type of transport is recommended to choose in case of delivery to work, as it is not possible to significantly influence the delivery time.
  • Zpoint Delivery (119/0Kč excluding VAT) - Network of delivery points in the Czech Republic. This network is for those who do not want to be tied to a specific delivery time. You can visit the outlets at any time during opening hours, including weekends. Max. weight of shipments up to 10Kg.

Payment

  • Delivery (20,-Kč excluding VAT) - You pay for the goods to the carrier at the time of receipt of the shipment. This method requires ready cash or credit card.
  • On-line card payment (FREE) - Convenient payment for ordered goods by credit card. Once your order is complete, you are redirected to a secure payment gateway. Order payment is immediate and we can ship the goods promptly.
  • Bank Transfer (FREE) - Based on the confirmed order, an electronic advance invoice is immediately generated and emailed to you so that you can make payment by bank transfer (QR code). The shipment is dispatched after the full amount is credited to our account.
