What you need to do to fully use the service:

• The computer and the recording device must be connected to the same LAN.
• The computer must have a working internet connection and a WINDOWS operating system.
• Both devices must be switched on.
• To connect to the remote desktop, you must be able to download and enable the remote management program.
• Must have an administrator password for the computer, router, and recording device.
• The router must be an end device within the internet connection.

When the service will not work:

• If you fail to meet any of the above conditions.
• If the Internet connection is shared without the ability to manage routers and port routing.
• In some cases, your internet service provider may be required.

How does it work:

You order a 60min remote assistance technician to help you set up your camera system or PC for remote monitoring over the internet. After ordering, you will receive further instructions for the success of the event. A technician will attend to you on the agreed date and help you set up remote access over the local LAN and Internet.
