If you feel that something is not working properly, it is a good idea to communicate with our staff first. Often it is not a defect, but a misconfiguration or other cause. Therefore, many problems can be solved remotely with our technicians without sending the product to a service center. If you require express handling of a claim (within 48h after receipt from the carrier for 399,-Kč incl. VAT), please inform us by a note when entering the case.
