Setting up PUSH notifications to your mobile phone - BitVision

What is PUSH notification?

It is an audible and visual notification by a mobile device of an alarm condition from your PATRONUM device, enabled by the BitVision app running in the background of the mobile device. The PUSH notification can include a photo of the event that triggered the alarm.

You must have motion detection or another type of alarm properly activated on your device (IP camera, recorder).

1. In the main BitVison app settings, you must have "Event Notifications" and background messages enabled.
2. In the Device settings, you must then enable Alarm and set the notification time period.
3. If you have everything set up correctly and you are not live streaming in the app, you will be notified according to the alarm rules you set.
