Remote online monitoring of the camera system has stopped working
To transfer the image from your camera system to your computer or mobile phone, you use an internet connection. If you experience an outage, please follow the following procedure:
- Check the internet connection at the location where the camera system is installed.
- Check the internet connection on your device (PC and mobile).
- Try to check on the monitor connected to the camera system that the system is working and that there is no power failure to the recorder/camera, for example.
- Connect to the camera system on the local network using the IP address and a web browser (using the same network as the camera system is installed) and make sure that the communication is working.
- If you connect to the camera system using P2P (unique device code) exclusively, updates may occur on the P2P server and this may cause temporary outages. Try connecting in a few hours.
